How is shipment arranged?

We ship using Post.nl
Different options are given during the order process. These options depend on weight and dimensions
Normal shipment: through regular shipment. Whenever possible, we will use letterbox post
Shipment with Track & Trace: only possible for packages. The Track & Trace code is available on request
Insured shipment: in addition to a Track & Trace code, the package is insured up to an amount of €500.

How can I pay?

We currently offer the use of iDEAL and direct bank transfer.
iDEAL is a payment system offered by Dutch banks. Payments go through CardGate, our Payment Provider.
Your payment takes place in a matter of seconds and your order is ready for shipment immediately.
We also accept payment through direct transfer by bank or giro. This is a form of prepayment.
Please take into account that it takes 3 working days (banking days) on average before your payment is credited into our account.
Always mention your Order ID if you use this option. The order will be sent upon receipt of funds.
Instructions and details will also be given in the email that you receive after you order.

Can I return my order / invoke my right of withdrawal?

Naturally, according to Dutch consumer law you can revoke your purchase within 14 days, as you can read in our General Conditions:
Exclusions according to Article 10.9:
Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
For returns or the invocation of your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form or the request for return within your account environment.

When does refunding take place?

After the product has been returned and all conditions have been met, we will refund you as quickly as possible but no later than 30 days.
